I’m here as a guide, helping you navigate your internal world so you can reconnect with your truth, your power, and your own inner wisdom. I won’t tell you who to be or what to do. Instead, I’ll help you listen more deeply to yourself, because the answers you’re seeking are already inside you. Therapy is simply a space to help you access and trust them.

    I also approach this work through an intersectional feminist lens—because what you’re struggling with doesn’t exist in a vacuum. While our personal stories matter deeply, we’re also shaped by larger systems: patriarchy, racism, colonialism, and other forces that can limit our sense of worth and safety. We’ll hold space for all of that. Together, we’ll work toward freedom, internal safety, and self-compassion.

Hi, I’m Kim Stevens, LMFT.

I’m a deeply present, transparent therapist who blends somatics, parts work, and science to help you come home to yourself. I am also certified in Ketamine-assisted therapy.

I’ve been doing this work for over a decade, and I’m still in awe of what happens when we stop overriding our truth and start listening to our bodies and relating to ourselves with heart-led clarity.
