Testimonials

I’ve always been a seeker and endlessly curious. Even as a kid, I could sense that something was off—in myself, in the world and systems around me—and I was determined to find a better way to live and feel. I grew up quickly, learning to tune in to everyone else’s needs while losing touch with my own. That kind of upbringing can make you incredibly attuned, but also deeply unsettled, depressed and disconnected.

Over the years, I’ve explored just about every healing path out there that interested me—Western, eastern, spiritual, somatic, psychedelic—and found what actually helps us return to ourselves and receive the healing we seek. Now, I blend trauma-informed care, IFS, mindfulness, somatic practices, and psychedelic integration to support others in doing the same.

I bring an intersectional feminist lens to this work, honoring how identity, culture, and systemic forces shape our mental health—and how healing can reconnect us to our truth, power, and peace.

“Warm.” “Safe.” “Wise.”
That’s what I hear most from the people I work with.

Clients often tell me they feel seen, held and understood in a way they haven’t before. Like they don’t have to explain or apologize for feeling and thinking deeply. Like they can finally take a breath and see a clear path to wholeness and relief.

They appreciate that I show up as a real person—honest, grounded, transparent, with humor, and knowing when to gently guide them when it matters. They know I’ll hold space for their pain, rage, shame, disgust- all of it,  without trying to “fix” it, and that I trust their inner wisdom as much as my own training.

This work is vulnerable, but it can also include joy, humor, deep relief- and you don’t have to go it alone. I’ll meet you where you are, and we’ll go from there.

Let’s get started.
